Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website or bring your car in for service.

Repair Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by ND Auto General Repair are non-binding until you confirm acceptance of the work. Estimates are based on initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

If the scope of work changes significantly, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. We will not carry out additional work without your consent.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Your vehicle will be released upon receipt of full payment for the work performed.

Warranty on Repairs

ND Auto General Repair provides a standard warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed at our workshop. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and faulty replacement parts.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect after the repair
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third parties after our service
  • Parts supplied by the customer (customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer's own risk)

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, bring your vehicle back to our workshop and we will inspect and resolve it at no additional charge.

Vehicle Collection

You are responsible for collecting your vehicle within a reasonable time after being notified that the repair is complete. ND Auto General Repair is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles left at the workshop for an extended period after completion of work.

Limitation of Liability

ND Auto General Repair will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. However, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your vehicle, undisclosed issues, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

When contacting us or submitting a request through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate contact information and a truthful description of your vehicle and its issues. This helps us provide you with the most accurate quote and the best possible service.
